Services included in the accommodation package price:

  • Accommodation prices include breakfast, lunch at the congress hotel on scientific program days, and coffee breaks. Dinners are charged separately.
  • For stays less than 2 nights, 2 nights accommodation fee will be charged.

**Prices above includes 2% accommodation tax, 8% VAT will be added.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For cancellation requests made before September 1, 2023, 10% of the registration fee will be refunded after deducting the bank charges.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellation requests made after 1st of September. Name changes will be accepted.
  • All refunds will be made after the congress.

Transfer Information:
